JAC Motors has confirmed pricing and specs for the T9 Tradepro cab-chassis, the new entry point to the T9 range. It's on sale now from $38,990 plus on-road costs.
To sweeten the launch, eligible ABN holders can drive away from $40,990 - or $41,990 in WA - with a JAC genuine alloy tray included and fitted. The offer runs until 30 April 2026 or while stocks last at participating dealers.
The open platform design is the point. Tradies, fleet operators and small business owners can spec a custom tray, toolbox fit-out or specialist body to suit how they actually use the vehicle day to day.

The JAC T9 Tradepro positions itself as one of the most affordable 4x4 cab-chassis utes on sale in Australia undercutting key rivals like the Toyota HiLux, Ford Ranger and Isuzu D-Max in entry-level work-ready form. With a standard dual-range 4WD system, 3.2-tonne towing capacity and over one tonne of payload, it’s clearly aimed at tradies and fleet buyers chasing maximum value without stepping into higher-spec models.
Every T9 carries a five-star ANCAP rating - JAC named it Australia's safest ute in 2024 - and comes backed by a seven-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, capped-price servicing and 24/7 roadside assistance.
JAC managing director Ahmed Mahmoud says the Tradepro is built for buyers who want a capable work platform without paying for things they don't need - and the ABN driveaway deal makes it one of the stronger value plays in the segment right now.
For ABN holders in the market for a no-frills work ute, this is a hard combination to ignore.
