Zeekr 7X Black Special Edition on sale now from $75,900

Zeekr has launched a blacked-out version of its 7X electric SUV in Australia, available to order right now. Priced at $75,900 before on-road costs, the 7X Black Special Edition sits $3,000 above the existing Performance variant it's based on.
The additions are purely cosmetic. Onyx gloss black paint comes standard, joined by gloss black front and rear lower bumpers, lower door trims, roof rails, a 20-inch black alloy wheel set, an exclusive black rear badge and black Nappa leather inside.

Mechanically it's identical to the Performance. That means a dual-motor AWD drivetrain producing 475kW and 710Nm, a 100kWh battery with 543km of claimed WLTP range, and 800V architecture supporting 420kW DC fast charging. Zeekr claims 0-100km/h in 3.8 seconds.
Standard kit is extensive: air suspension, tri-zone climate control, a 16-inch touchscreen, 36-inch head-up display, 21-speaker sound system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ventilated and massaging front seats, heated rear seats and a 360-degree camera. Vehicle-to-load functionality is also included, letting you run appliances off the battery.
The full 7X range now spans four variants, from $57,900 for the base model up to $75,900 for the Black Special Edition, all before on-road costs.

Zeekr says the edition was a direct response to owner feedback, and it's hard to argue with the timing. The 7X recorded 628 sales in February 2026 according to VFACTS, placing it among Australia's best-selling EVs for the month.
For buyers who were already sold on the Performance, the Black Special Edition is a $3,000 styling upgrade with zero mechanical compromise.
