Mahindra Australia has confirmed a fresh Mahindra XUV3XO price cut, trimming driveaway pricing across the small SUV range by up to $1,500. Announced today from Brisbane, the offer applies to 2025 build stock only and runs until 31 October 2026.

The AX5L drops by $1,500 the AX7L by the same amount, and the newer Anniversary Edition gets a smaller $1,000 cut. The pricing puts the XUV3XO close to the Chery Tiggo 4, which Chery Australia has also discounted by $1,500 on 2025 build stock. The AX5L and AX7L now sit almost exactly against the Tiggo 4 Urban and Ultimate, though Chery's offer is due to wrap up earlier, on 30 September.
Equipment across the range
Every XUV3XO variant gets a Level 2 driver assist suite, including auto emergency braking, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, and traffic sign recognition. Standard kit also runs to:
- 10.25 inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster
- Harman Kardon sound system
- Wireless device charging
- Three drive modes, Zip, Zap and Zoom
The AX7L and Anniversary Edition add a Skyroof, front parking assist, an auto dimming rear view mirror, LED front fog lights, a cooled and illuminated glovebox, and 65 watt USB C fast charging. The Anniversary Edition also gets blacked out badges, gloss black wheels, black scuff plates, a bonus parcel tray, and metallic paint as standard.
Every variant uses the same 1.2 litre turbo petrol engine, making 82kW and 200Nm, with claimed combined fuel use of 6.5L per 100km. Mahindra covers the range with a seven year, 150,000km warranty.
The XUV3XO launched in Australia in July 2025 and has become a regular fixture in a crowded light SUV field that includes the Tiggo 4, MG ZS and GWM Haval Jolion, where buyers are increasingly shopping on price first.
The rebate runs until 31 October on 2025 build stock, so anyone chasing the lower price needs to move before then. Mahindra hasn't said whether the offer extends to 2026 build cars once current stock sells through.
