Leapmotor C10 AWD Sports+ Special Edition arrives in April with 440kW and 4.0 second sprint

Leapmotor Australia has confirmed the C10 AWD Sports+ Special Edition will arrive in April, slotting above the existing C10 lineup with a significant lift in performance and capability.

Power climbs from the standard model's 160kW/320Nm to 440kW/760Nm through an intelligent dual-motor AWD system, cutting the 0-100km/h time to 4.0 seconds. The AWD setup uses millisecond-level adaptive response to manage grip across gravel, rain, snow and light off-road conditions, and switches automatically between single and dual-motor drive to balance performance with efficiency.

Battery, range and charging

The Sports+ Special Edition is underpinned by an 800V architecture and a larger 81.9kWh LFP HV battery, delivering up to 437km of WLTP range. DC fast charging peaks at 180kW, with a 30-80% charge taking around 22 minutes.

Design and features

The special edition is available in two colours - Pearl White with black Sports+ decals or Metallic Black with grey Sports+ decals - both with a black interior. Distinguishing touches include Sports+ front and rear cabin mats with red stitching, an embroidered cargo mat, exclusive Sports+ rear badging and distinctive side profile decals.

Standard equipment includes a 14.6-inch touchscreen, 12-speaker audio, fixed panoramic glass roof, ventilated and heated front seats, 360-degree camera with integrated dashcam, LEAP Pilot L2 ADAS, 20-inch alloy wheels and NFC and Bluetooth key entry.
