Key takeaways
- 2026 Suzuki Jimny Rhino confirmed in Australia from $44,990
- Kinetic Yellow Jimny XL special edition with rhino styling
- Limited production, deliveries from 1 July 2026
The rumours were true. Suzuki Australia has confirmed the 2026 Suzuki Jimny Rhino, a limited-production special edition based on the five-door Jimny XL and finished exclusively in Kinetic Yellow with a Pearl Black roof.
Pricing starts at $44,990 RRP for the manual and $47,490 RRP for the automatic, both before on-road costs. Each price includes the two-tone metallic paint. Orders are open now through Suzuki dealers and online, with first deliveries from 1 July 2026.

The Kinetic Yellow finish had previously been reserved for three-door Jimny models, so this is the first time it has landed on the larger XL. That alone will turn heads, but the Rhino layers on plenty more.
What makes the 2026 Suzuki Jimny Rhino different

The headline feature is a bespoke side decal with a charging rhino motif and twin stripes that sweep rearward, finishing in the Japanese script for "rhino" as a nod to the Jimny's heritage. Suzuki has paired it with 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels in a Shuriken-inspired design, satin silver side skirts and front bumper trim, a heritage-style front grille, mudflaps and an exclusive Rhino tailgate badge.

Inside, buyers get diffused LED ground lighting, satin silver air vent surrounds, leather-wrapped door handles with Kinetic Yellow stitching and a laser-etched Rhino logo, eight-colour footwell lighting, upgraded Pioneer speakers and Rhino interior badging. Manual cars get a retro gearshift knob, while autos add a satin silver shift panel surround.

"In the interests of public order, we can confirm that the reported sightings of an elusive, and exclusive, 5-door Kinetic Yellow Jimny with special markings are indeed an entirely new Jimny - the special edition Jimny Rhino," Suzuki Australia Automotive General Manager Michael Pachota said.
