Mitsubishi has confirmed pricing for the 2026 Mitsubishi Triton Raider, the new flagship of its dual-cab ute range, at $74,990 drive-away. The locally engineered Raider was built in partnership with Victorian firm Premcar and reaches Mitsubishi dealerships nationwide by June 2026.
The most expensive Triton yet
It costs $9,400 more than the GSR dual-cab pickup it is based on and $3,000 more than the previous-generation Triton Xtreme.
Even so, it slots in below some key off-road rivals. The Raider undercuts the Walkinshaw-modified Isuzu D-Max Blade, which lists at $80,900 before on-road costs, and the Mazda BT-50 Thunder at $79,490. It lands close to the Ford Ranger Tremor at $75,090 and sits above the Toyota HiLux Rogue and Rugged X at $71,990.
What Premcar changed
Premcar handles the Raider's second-stage build in Epping, Victoria. The same firm engineered the Nissan Navara Warrior and Patrol Warrior, so it knows Australian off-road conditions.
The headline change is a reworked front and rear suspension damper package, with an internal rebound spring in the front damper for better wheel control. Premcar also fitted Bridgestone AT002 all-terrain tyres on 18-inch ROH Assault alloys in a brushed bronze finish.
Front ride height rises 25mm and the rear lifts 15mm, while front and rear tracks widen by 20mm. The Yamaha Performance Damper introduced on the 2026 GSR carries over.
Styling and interior
Outside, the Raider gets brushed bronze 'Sandstorm' side decals, a dark grey front garnish, red-accented side steps and sports bar, underbody protection and Raider badging on the tailgate. Buyers can choose White Diamond, Black Mica, Blade Silver or Graphite Grey.
Inside, it carries the GSR's equipment with black leather seats, orange stitching and Raider branding on the headrests and centre console. Power comes from the Triton's 2.4-litre twin-turbo diesel and six-speed automatic. Mitsubishi's 10-year warranty applies, including the Premcar modifications.
For buyers who want a factory-backed, locally tuned ute without stepping up to the pricier D-Max Blade, the Raider makes a strong case.
